Solo, Duo & Small groups
Rising Star
• Sweden: Bronze, Silver
• Norway: Open Class, Rising Star
• Denmark: Recruitment, Talent
• Age Categorys: Mini kids, Children, Junior 1, Junior 2, Adult and Adult 2.
• Competition rules: In Solo, the tempo is 90-112 bpm, and in Duo, the tempo is 108-112 bpm. 1 min, max 13 dancer. For finals, it’s 1 minute per heat, with 2 heats, and then 1 minute where all dance together.
Star
• Sweden: Gold, Star
• Norway: Champion
• Denmark: Competition, Super Competition
• Age Categorys: Mini kids, Children, Junior 1, Junior 2, Adult and Adult 2.
• Competition rules: In Solo, the tempo is 90-112 bpm, and in Duo, the tempo is 108-112 bpm. 1 min, max 13 dancer, 1 minute per heat (2 heats) and 1 minute all together.
Urban Flow Open
• Sweden: Superstar, Champion
• Norway: Elite
• Denmark: Star, Superstar
• Other countries: Open for all dancers.
• Age Categorys: Mini kids, Children, Junior 1, Junior 2, Adult and Adult 2.
• Competition rules: Follow IDO rules, more details can be found at www.ido-dance.com.
Small teams Open
• All countries: Only for Urban Flow, open class.
• Competition rules: Same tempo as Duo: 108-112 bpm. Duration: 1 minute 30 seconds.
• Age Categorys: Children, Junior, Adult and Adult 2.

Popping Solo & Duo
Urban Flow Open
• All countries: Open for all dancers.
• Age Categorys: Children, Junior 1, Junior 2, Adult and Adult 2.
• Competition rules: Free tempo. Duration: 1 minute presentation, 1 min per heat and 1 minute all together in the final. Free tempo. (Follow IDO rules, more details can be found at www.ido-dance.com.)
Battle Solo
Rookie Battle + Urban Flow Open
• All countries: Rookie battles is for that compete in hiphop solo Rising star and Star. Urban Flow Open is for the higher levels of dancers. Open for all dancers.
• Age Categorys: Children, Junior 1, Junior 2, Adult and Adult 2.
• Competition rules: The competition starts with group qualifications (max 6 dancers on the floor) Starts with Newstyle and ends with old school. Two various styles in between. Totally 4 rounds. 16 dancers qualify to the ring. (Follow IDO rules, more details can be found at www.ido-dance.com.)
