URBAN FLOW OPEN 24 of January 2026
Join the Ultimate International Hip-Hop, Battle & Popping Dance Competition! A IDO LICENSED EVENT
Dancers from all over the world, it’s time to show your skills! We are excited to invite YOU to one of the most thrilling open dance competitions of the year, featuring the best of hip-hop, battle and popping. 24-25th of January we meet up in Eskilstuna, Sweden!
Hiphop
In the hiphop category, dancers can compete in solo, duo, small groups (3-7 dancers) and formations (8-24 dancers) . We are thrilled to offer dancers from the Nordic countries a unique opportunity to compete at three different levels: Rising star, Star or Urban Flow Open (IDO)
Dancers from other countries are welcome to join and can choose between the Star and Urban Flow Open (IDO) levels.
Whether you’re entering as a solo, duo, group or formation, the registration fee includes all categories in hiphop, allowing you to compete across multiple formats.
Popping
In the popping category, dancers can compete in solo and duo, but only at the Urban Flow Open level. This is your chance to go head-to-head with the best and prove your skills at the highest level of competition.
Whether you’re entering as a solo or duo, the registration fee includes all categories, allowing you to compete across multiple formats.
All style Battle
In the All Style Battle Solo, dancers will showcase their versatility and skills across multiple dance styles.
You will dance to music from a mix of styles, randomly selected from the following: New Style, House, Locking, Popping, Dancehall, RnB, and Old School. The exact styles will not be revealed in advance, so be ready for anything!
We also offer a Rookie Battle for dancers competing in hip hop star and rising star level, giving new competitors the chance to experience the battle format in a supportive environment.
Register to the Urban Flow open
All dancers register via Vote4Dance using the button below. You must create an account in the dancer’s name, then simply follow the instructions on the page. All hip-hop, battle and popping categories can be found under the Categories tab. Last day of registration: 15/1 2026
Registration fees:
- Hip-Hop: 475 SEK (approx. 40 EUR, depending on exchange rate)
- Popping & Battle: 300 SEK (approx. 30 EUR, depending on exchange rate)
